These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CLM Media website (clmmedia.co.uk) and the services provided by CLM Media. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
CLM Media is a sole trader operating in the United Kingdom. For any queries, contact us at [email protected].
CLM Media provides equestrian content creation, social media strategy, photography, video production and consultancy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are agreed in writing before work commences.
We reserve the right to decline any project enquiry at our discretion.
All content created by CLM Media — including photography, video, written content and strategy documents — remains the intellectual property of CLM Media until full payment has been received, at which point agreed usage rights transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement.
All content on this website, including text, images and design, is the property of CLM Media and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and set out in the project proposal or contract. We typically require a deposit before work commences, with the balance due on delivery or as otherwise agreed.
Late payment may result in work being paused until outstanding invoices are settled.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, any deposit paid is non-refundable. If CLM Media has completed a significant portion of the agreed work, a pro-rata fee may be charged for work completed to date.
CLM Media reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide required materials, approvals or payment within agreed timeframes.
CLM Media's liability in connection with any project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from our services.
This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
